Dr Paul Scherlie will provide OFA CAER exams. The clinic is limited to 45 dogs. Services are limited to OFA Eye Exams. No additional services provided.

Payment of $40.00 is for eye exam only. Fee does not include OFA submission fee. Owners are responsible for filling out OFA CAER forms in advance and for mailing completed and signed forms with submission fee to OFA.

Forms will be available at the registration table to pick up beginning Monday the 28th.

Sign-ups will be available May 15th.
